Challenges
Grupo Lar is a company specialized in the investment and management of real estate assets. They manage dozens of shopping centers and, for this project, they needed the development of a Business Intelligence platform and an indoor solution for shopping centers that could be visualized in a Rent Roll dashboard where all the information accumulated in the same platform could be analyzed. That is, a tool that would allow them to have an updated picture of the rental contracts of a specific asset, as well as all the historical and market trends to predict possible future scenarios.
The great challenge was to develop a solution in which they could consult data from different sources to make the analysis and management of their shopping centers easier.
Solution
DOTGIS has developed a Big Data dashboard based on CARTO technology, which integrates data collected in excel, CAD and other formats that allows them:
